There are great opportunities for hiking and cycling in the proximity of our guest-house which is situated on the north shore of the beautiful Klopeiner See promenade. It is surrounded by nature, just beside the lake, and still near the social life and entertainment of the town centre.

All rooms are fitted with a shower/WC, Sat-TV, heating and a balcony. There is not a single geo-pathogenic disturbance zone which means that you are sure of a good night’s sleep. (D.I. Artmann, radiologist).

We have the ideal combination – a peaceful location at the centre of events. Our guesthouse is on the northern shore of the beautiful promenade along the Klopeinersee. Thus you will find yourself surrounded by nature and close to social events in the centre.

It is only 50 metres to the beach at the Klopeinersee with water so clean you can drink it. There are great opportunities for walking and cycling near our guest-house.
